2024 Sponsor and Exhibitor Information

Sponsorship options for 2024:
- Sponsor/Donation only (Sponsorship recognition only; not attending, no exhibitor table)
- Attending Sponsor (Sponsorship recognition with conference registration included)
- Exhibiting Sponsor (Attend and Exhibit at the CWFC)
Simple steps to becoming a CWFC Sponsor:
- Use the Sponsor Today! button to complete attendee registration details as a CWFC Sponsor and to submit payment, (or mail us a check).
- Upload your logo/advertisement, provide your website URL and a short description of your organization.
- Exhibiting Sponsors – Let us know if you will need a table, and/or table linen, or plan to bring your own (One 6′ x 28″ table is incl. for no additional charge. Table linen is an additional $35.00.)
- Review & accept the Exhibiting Sponsor Agreement
- Reserve your lodging.

Each sponsorship level is associated with a financial contribution toward conference expenses and is rewarded with benefits specific to each level.
All Sponsorships Include:
- Complimentary 6’ exhibitor booth, if requested
- Advertisement embedded in mobile app w/ live links
- Submit 1-3 questions for attendees to gain points in mobile conference app
- Logo included on Sponsors’ page of conference website with short blurb and clickable links to your website
- Social media promotion as sponsor to thousands of followers prior to and during event
- Promotional materials can be included with attendee packets (supplied by sponsor)
- Bring a participation prize or silent auction item for 1 min. on the microphone!
